About Tahmid
Tahmid Awal is the co-founder and CTO of AccessibleAI, where he leads the company's technical direction, architecture, and AI strategy. He is also the co-creator of PlanSync AI — a fully bootstrapped AI platform built from the ground up in under 8 months by a two-person team.
With a background in physics and computer science from Davidson College, Tahmid brings rare technical breadth to every project. He is currently pursuing his PhD at Tufts University, where his research focuses on physical AI — integrating machine learning with real-world systems and embodiment.
Tahmid's work reflects a deep commitment to building AI tools that are not only intelligent, but also grounded, efficient, and usable. He applies this same mindset at AccessibleAI, helping clients go from concept to working AI solutions through smart engineering, systems thinking, and a bias toward execution.
